This is a remote, temp-to-perm, opportunity.




Location: Remote, with 2 days of onsite training in Warrenville, IL


Schedule: Monday - Friday; Daytime hours


Duration: Temp-to-Perm


Comp: $22/hr temp; $23 - $24/hr, plus benefits, upon conversion to perm


 


Our client, a national medical supply company, is looking for an A/R Coordinator to join their team!


 


Responsibilities:



  • Manage an AR portfolio and continuously work to improve and/or sustain the health of the portfolio.

  • Identify customer disputes and effectively route them to the appropriate person for resolution.

  • Perform high-volume A/R invoice processing.

  • Solve customer invoice issues to expedite and obtain payment.

  • Perform complex account reconciliations (including credit application, resolving cash application issues, etc.) of outstanding balances on customer accounts.

  • Prioritize collection efforts while managing emails inbox and phone calls.

  • Navigate, input data, and perform basic functions including “vlookup” in Microsoft Excel.


 


Required Qualifications :


  • High School Diploma required.

  • 1-3 years credit/collections experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word & Outlook)

  • Intermediate Experience in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP.

  • NetSuite system experience preferred.

  • High volume experience required.

  • B2B experience required.

  • Team-oriented individual who can work effectively with others.

  • Strong internal and external communication skills (both verbal and written).
