Administrative Coordinator for Sales Team
This is a contract-to-hire, hybrid position (after 90 day training period onsite) located on the Southwest Side of Chicago.
Please note: our client plans to move their office to Downtown Chicago in Summer of 2025.
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Our client, a nationally recognized advertising agency, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to add to their team!
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
- The Sales Coordinator will administratively support the sales team by preparing proposals for Account Executives that may include rates, descriptions, locations/maps, and photos.
- Communicates with the appropriate stakeholders to receive and understand proposal information.
- Join client calls, as needed, to understand scope of proposal required.
- Utilizes proprietary software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Suite to manage, complete & deliver proposals.
- Works with the marketing department to add research data to proposals.
- Support relevant stakeholders with sales collateral, organization, and creation.
- Ensure deliverables are complete and accurate according to agreed deadlines.
.Sales Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, sales assistant, or support role;
- Organized with the ability to multi-task, manage own time, prioritize work, and deal with problems quickly.
- Able to interpret a variety of situations and instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to work well in a team environment while accomplishing individual projects.
