B2B Collections Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Full - Time; Monday - Friday

Location: Remote, with onsite training to start in Naperville

Comp: $23/hour

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Our client seeks a remote B2B Collections Coordinator to join their team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices efficiently.


• Address and resolve invoice issues to ensure timely payments.


• Work through a backlog of outstanding A/R invoices


• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts receivables.


• Resolve customer disputes and direct them to appropriate channels.


• Coordinate collection activities through email and phone communication.


• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic functions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Experience in B2B environments and handling high-volume transactions.


• 2+ years of A/R invoice experience.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).


• Team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.


• Strong communication skills.
