Pay Rate: $20/hr
Long Term Temp role to start with a high possibility to extend based on workload and performance.
Shifts: 40 hour work weeks. 2nd shift, some weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications
- We are a 24/7/365 inbound call group that needs to be available when our members need us even on the holidays
- 3 years of direct customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
- You are the first line of contact for members and must make each contact exceptional
- Gather information to determine member eligibility and appropriate course of action
- Document within and navigate multiple internal computer systems while providing exceptional quality
- Document key information clearly and concisely on customer account and the company's software system regarding information provided, received, or action taken
- Comply with all applicable compliance regulations (i.e., HIPAA), organizational policies and procedures
