This is a direct hire, fully onsite role located in Oak Brook, IL.


Schedule: Monday through Friday


Pay Rate: $60,000 to $80,000 per year base pay along with uncapped commission




Our client, a healthcare recruitment organization, is looking for a Client Development Consultant to join their team!


 


Client Development Consultant Responsibilities:



  • Identify, prospect, and secure new healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and health tech companies).

  • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to increase service adoption and long-term partnerships.

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads, set meetings, and close deals.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to the organization effectively.

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met with high quality staffing solutions.

  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in CRM, tracking progress toward sales goals.


Required Qualifications :

Client Development Consultant Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma required.

  • 2-6 years of business development, sales, or account management experience (preferably in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or overall B2B sales).

  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new business and growing accounts.

  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.

  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.

  • Staffing/Healthcare Staffing experience preferred.
