Customer Service/Sales Representative
This is a contract to hire, fully onsite role located in the Tri-Taylor neighborhood of Chicago.
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $22-24 per hour
Our client, a family owned custom upholstery company, is looking for a Customer Services/Sales Representative to add to their team!
Customer Services/Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Provides timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product knowledge requests.
- Works closely with the accounting department to resolve disputed credit items.
- Deals directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face.
- Provides pricing and delivery information to customers.
- Assists with setting up new customer accounts.
- Manages customers' accounts, including follow-up on correspondence, order status, and payment.
- Prepares and distributes customer activity reports with the intent to increase sales.
Customer Services/Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Account management or SEO Marketing experience preferred.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and projects.
