Job Description :

This is a short-term temporary, onsite role located in Downtown Chicago.


Schedule: Monday through Friday


Pay Rate: $20.00/hour




Our client is looking for Event Assistants to join their team for an upcoming event!


 


Event Assistant Responsibilities:



  • The Event Assistant will ensure smooth check-in of all event attendees.

  • Assist in event setup (including gift bag assembly, nametag creation, etc.)

  • Provide directional support to attendees.

  • Distribute gift bags and programs as needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service to attendees.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications :

Event Assistant Qualifications:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.

  • Ability to interface with members of the public.

  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow individuals to perform the essential functions of the job
