Job Description :

The HR Support Specialist - Temporary directly supports the Human Resources function. This role is pivotal in ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and
efficiently, supporting a diverse and growing team across various locations. The HR
Support Specialist will work closely with the HR Generalist, focusing on delivering
exceptional HR services to all staff members.


 


POSITION DUTIES



  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all staff members with HR-related inquiries, embodying a client service focus and providing timely HR support.

  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires, collaborating closely with the HR Generalist to ensure a seamless transition for employees.

  • Support the HR Generalist in the training of new hires and current staff on organizational systems, tools, policies, and procedures, providing additional support as needed.

  • Contribute to HR compliance efforts and support annual audit tasks as necessary to maintain organizational standards and legal requirements.

  • Coordinate and support culture-building events and meetings, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.

  • Handle HR communications with the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism, ensuring sensitive information is managed appropriately.

  • Assist with job postings, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR function.


Required Qualifications :


  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources support role.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
