Program Coordinator
Overview:
Support of the Sales & Account Management Group. Under moderate supervision, this candidate will coordinate and support processes, programs, and projects with internal stakeholders and partners. The ideal candidate must be a well-organized, detail-orientated individual who is comfortable working with diverse teams and in a fluid environment.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Coordinate programs and projects supporting Sales & Account Management
· Support creation and maintenance of training materials and ensure current versions are available on Sharepoint
· Coordinate communications across internal stakeholders including account management/sales, customer service, finance, IT, legal, marketing, operations, and product
· Organize regular program and project stakeholder review meetings: establish agenda, create/compile presentations, gather and follow up on information, record and share minutes and next steps
· Support project planning, coordination, and status tracking
Support pre- and post-sale processes and reporting
· Support client-facing processes as required including file delivery
· Serve as point-of-contact between sales team and others, including providing feedback to Product and Marketing
· Provide reports formatted as required for management review or sales activities
· Update tracking spreadsheets and reporting databases (Salesforce)
Support go-to-market initiatives and account research
· Perform market, competitive, and financial analysis/research including support of identifying opportunities to sell additional HS products to current customers
· Support the creation and maintenance of a variety of materials supporting sales teams
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
· 2 years of experience supporting client-facing organizations and their management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
· Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines
· Ability to understand and apply general technical and healthcare concepts
· Demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new concepts and adapt to organizational change
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Previous experience entering and retrieving data for a customer relationship management system; Salesforce experience preferred
· Demonstrated ability to work professionally both independently and in a team environment including sales and other functions, including relationship-building and maintenance
· Highly motivated, takes initiative and assumes additional responsibility without being asked
