Job Description :

This is a hybrid, long-term temporary position (with the possibility of extension) located in Downtown Chicago.


Schedule: Monday through Friday


Pay Rate: $35-$40 per hour




Our client, a prestigious medical nonprofit, is looking for a Project Manager to add to their team!




Project Manager Responsibilities:



  • The Project Manager will work collaboratively with multiple departments in the creation of educational playbooks, toolkits, podcasts, etc.

  • Manage multi-phased, multi-stakeholder project plans.

  • Arrange interviews, contracts, permissions forms, and payment processing for authors/presenters of content.

  • Function as project administrator, scheduling meetings, documenting notes, and following up to ensure deliverables are completed on time.


Required Qualifications :

Project Manager Qualifications: 



  •  Bachelor's degree required.

  • Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task multiple projects with conflicting timelines and effectively prioritize.

  • Strong written communication skills required.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues/across teams required.

  • Expert in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive).

  • Strong preference for prior Asana use including experience building out processes and workflows.

  • Experience with digital content migration projects, agile product development methods, or digital marketing is strongly preferred.
