This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire position located in the West Loop.




Start Date: ASAP


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm


Pay Rate: $20/hr 


 


Our client, a technological innovator transforming interactions between the private sector and government agencies, is seeking a Vehicle Title Processor to join their team! We are looking for a team member who shines in an administrative role and comes to work each day with a positive attitude. You learn fast, take direction well, maintain a hyper-focused workflow, and are highly organized.


 


Vehicle Title Processor - Responsibilities:



  • Assist National Registration team to keep paperwork moving according to established timelines

  • Constant contact with clients to notify of errors, missing documents and due dates

  • Audit paperwork against DMV policies, providing notice to customers and to DMV as set by company procedures

  • Access customer data for printing required paperwork

  • Provide support to clients by answering questions and finding solutions on error found during the audit process utilizing our platform communications portal

  • Any other task required to facilitate the movement of paperwork from the client to DMV and back to the end customer


May include other responsibilities as assigned.


 


 


Required Qualifications :


  • 2+ years of professional office experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience working with automotive title and registration documents required

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, dealership, or work with vehicle titles preferred

  • Strong computer skills (PC preferred); experience with Excel, Outlook, and Word, Google Suite or equivalent

  • Professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, follow-up and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work independently with limited supervision

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid medical/religious exemption) required
